Halcyon Capital Limited (“Halcyon Capital”), is a corporate finance advisory firm licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and is approved by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong to provide sponsorship and professional financial advisory services in Hong Kong. Halcyon Capital was found by Mr. Derek Chan (“Mr. Chan”), a veteran investment banker who possesses over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate finance and has assisted over 50 companies to get listed in Hong Kong. Over 25 years of business, Mr. Chan offers a broad range of corporate finance and advisory services for his clients, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, placement and underwriting of shares and other securities and other financial advisory services. Halcyon Capital focuses on the implementation of plans in response to the ever-changing market, and provides its clients with comprehensive listing advisory services, to ensure smooth progress of the projects. We also have a brokerage arm, Halcyon Securities Limited, offering securities trading and brokerage services.
