Mr. Derek Chan - Chairman
Mr. Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences (majoring in Economics) and from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology with a Master degree in Business Administration. He worked for The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for more than 7 years and has been Executive Director of Haitong International Securities Group Limited (formerly Taifook Securities Group Limited) and head of its corporate finance division for 16 years. He is an independent non-executive director of Yuexiu REIT Asset Management Limited (manager of Yuexiu REIT, which is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), Longfor Properties Co. Ltd. and China Conch Venture Holdings Limited, which are listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan possesses over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Mr. Terry Chu - Managing Director
Mr. Chu holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario in Canada and a Master of Business Administration (Investment & Finance) Degree (with distinction) from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom.  Mr. Chu is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Chu was previously a member of the Corporate Finance Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Halcyon Capital, Mr. Chu has worked in Ernst & Young for 7 years and Haitong International for more than 12 years. Mr. Chu possesses more than 25 years of experiences in corporate finance, auditing and various kinds of financial activities.

Ms. April Chan - Director
Ms. Chan holds a Master Degree of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  Prior to joining Halcyon Capital, she has worked for certain international and local investment banks for over 10 years.  She has participated in a number of fund raising exercises, takeovers, group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions for companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China.  Ms. Chan has also worked for the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange for over two years.

Ms. Denise Law - Director
Ms. Law holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales in Australia. Ms. Law is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Halcyon Capital, Ms. Law worked for an international accounting firm and investment banks in Hong Kong for many years and has participated in various merger and acquisitions, takeovers and fund raising exercises.

Mr. Barton Lai - Director
Mr. Lai holds a Bachelor Degree of Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong. Mr. Lai is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Prior to joining Halcyon Capital, Mr. Lai has worked for two investment banks in Hong Kong and an international accounting firm, with experiences in fund raising exercises, takeovers, group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
