Individual Account

You can bring along with the following documents and come to our office for establishment of securities account 

  • Personal Identification Document (e.g. a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid passport)
  • A copy of personal address proof from the recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, bank statement or income tax statement).

Corporate Account
  • For corporate account opening, the following corporate documents to be provided herewith:

(For Hong Kong Incorporated)
1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Memorandum & Articles of Association
3. Latest Annual Return
4. Business Registration Certificate
5. ID / Passport / Certificate of Incorporation copies of Director(s), Authorized Person(s), Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) and Guarantor(s)

(For Overseas Incorporated)
1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Memorandum & Articles of Association
3. Appointment of First Director
4. Register of Director
5. Register of Member
6. Certificate of Incumbency issued within the last 6 months
7. ID / Passport / Certificate of Incorporation copies of Director(s), Authorized Person(s), Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) and Guarantor(s)


Note: Copies of those documents set out above must be certified as a true copy by a professional person such as certified public accountant (practising), lawyer, a current member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries practising in Hong Kong or notary public. The Certifier must sign and date the copy document (printing his/her name clearly in capitals underneath) and clearly indicate his/her position or capacity on it. The certifier must state that it is a true copy of the original (or words to similar effect).
